Sue Ann Alford

Sue Ann (Wihebrink) Alford, 83, of Fortville, passed away Sunday May 24, 2009 at home. Mrs. Alford was born on April 17, 1926 in Anderson, Indiana to the late Joseph and Amanda (Funk) Wihebrink. Sue was a dedicated mother and homemaker who also worked at Heches in Fortville and owned her own ceramic shop with her late husband. She is survived by son, Timothy (Lynn) Alford of Texas; son, Stephen (Susan) Alford of Lebanon, IN; son, Alan Alford of McCordsville; daughter, Virginia Alford of Indianapolis; grandchildren: Matthew Alford, Michael Alford, Brent Ward, Laura Ingram, Andrea Ward, Brian Alford, Andrew Alford, Amanda Alford, Patrick Alford, and Amber Alford; and eight great-grandchildren. Friends may call on Friday May 29, 2009 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at Seals Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Fortville. Private family burial will be held later.
