He was previously a Team Leader at Indiana Auto Fasteners. Dennis is survived by his wife Lisa A. (Collins) Andis of Fortville, whom he married on August 5, 2009 in Anderson; daughter Jasmine Andis of Ingalls; son Demetric Andis of Ingalls; his parents; sister Nancy Wilson of Fortville; and sister Tammy Cundiff.

Friends may call on Monday, March 29, 2010 from 11 am to 12 noon at Seals Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Fortville. Graveside funeral services will immediately follow at Gravel Lawn Cemetery, Fortville.
