Dennis Ray Andis, Jr., 33 years, of Fortville, passed away March 24, 2010. He was born December 21, 1976 in Greenfield to Dennis Sr. and Linda (Skaggs) Andis. He was previously a Team Leader at Indiana Auto Fasteners. Dennis is survived by his wife Lisa A. (Collins) Andis of Fortville, whom he married on August 5, 2009 in Anderson; daughter Jasmine Andis of Ingalls; son Demetric Andis of Ingalls; his parents; sister Nancy Wilson of Fortville; and sister Tammy Cundiff.

Friends may call on Monday, March 29, 2010 from 11 am to 12 noon at Seals Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Fortville. Graveside funeral services will immediately follow at Gravel Lawn Cemetery, Fortville.
