Beverly Ann Carter, 83, of Fortville passed away September 5, 2010 at Community Hospital North in Indianapolis. She was born September 30, 1926 in Anderson to the late Horace and Eleanor (Clark) Jacobs. Bev was a 1945 graduate of Pendleton High School and a homemaker. She was a member of the Fortville Christian Church and the American Theater Organ Society. She enjoyed sewing and knitting. Bev is survived by husband Robert Carter whom she married July 20, 1946, son Ron (Richarda) Carter of Hilham, TN, daughter Mitzi (Ron) Easler of Greenfield, grandchildren: Randy (Kristi) Carter, Tammy (Brad) Goff, Shane (Mandy) Neff and Angie Chris) Steeno, great-grandchildren: Christine Alley, Mitchell Carter, Wyatt Carter, Grace Williams, Austin Goff, Hayleigh Goff, Luke Neff, Audrey Neff; brother Jim (Helen) Jacobs of Pendleton, IN and sister Gloria Hightower of Whitesburg, TN and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Information

Friends may call on Thursday, September 9, 2010 from 4 to 7 pm at Fortville Christian Church with memorial services beginning at 7:00 pm.
