Odessa D. Dickey, 39 of Ingalls passed away Thursday July 1, 2010. She was born in Lakeland, Florida on June 2, 1971 to Bruce Lytle and the late Vickie Jo Wilhoite. Survivors include her father; daughter Jessica Elliott of Indianapolis; and grandsons Samuel and Lestat Elliott of Indianapolis.
