Larry G. Pfaff, 62, of Indianapolis, passed away Friday, January 13, 2012. He was born September 4, 1949 to the late Benjamin and Leona “June” (Ruwe) Pfaff in Indianapolis. He was a graduate of the old Fortville High School and served four years in the U.S. Navy and later in the Army Reserves. He retired from his position as an Accounts Payable supervisor at the Defense Finance and Accounting Service in November, after over 40 years of civil service. He was also a member and two-time Past Master of the Fortville Lodge No. 207, F. & A.M.; past member of the Fortville VFW No. 6904; current member of the Lawrence VFW No. 261; and the Indianapolis Chapter of Harley Owners Group. Larry is survived by his son Joseph “J.C.” Pfaff; sister Jo Ann (Raymond) Lee; and close friend and companion Diane Whiteside. Funeral InformationFriends may call on Wednesday, January 18, 2012 from 4 to 6 pm at Seals Funeral Home, Fortville, with Masonic services beginning there at 6 pm. Military honors will follow.
