Jack E. Goff

Jack E. Goff, 73, of Greenfield, passed away April 16, 2010. He was born January 19, 1937 in Pendleton to the late Raymond and Mary (Skinner) Goff. He graduated from the old Fortville High School. Jack was a machinist for Switzer Division in Indianapolis for 14 years before retiring in 1972. He was a member of Fortville Church of the Nazarene and a Fortville volunteer fireman. He is survived by his wife Faye (Garner) Goff whom he married on June 13, 1958; daughter Jackie (Steve) Leonard of Greenfield; son Brian (Linda) Goff of Fortville; daughter Kay (Otis) Burdine of Fortville; son Brad (Tammy) Goff of Greenfield; daughter Mary Ann (Shawn) O’Keefe of Greenfield; 12 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brother Jerry Goff of Fortville; sister Mildred Wolfgang of Anderson; and step-brother Charlie Bolander of Anderson. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers John and Jim Goff; sisters Wilma Goff and Norma Passwater; and step-father Floyd Smith.

Funeral Information

Friends may call on Tuesday, April 20, 2010 from 4 to 8 pm at Seals Funeral Home, Fortville. A celebration of Jack’s life will be held on Wednesday, April 21, 2010 at 10:30 am at Fortville Church of the Nazarene with Pastor Phil Edwards officiating.
