Carl Wayne Vail 75, of McCordsville, passed away Wednesday, June 2, 2010. He was born on September 26, 1934 in McCordsville to the late George and Effie (McCord) Vail. He was a 1952 graduate of McCordsville High School, a U.S. Army veteran, and attended Butler University. Mr. Vail worked for Shumaker Brothers Industries for many years and loved to hunt and fish. He is survived by brothers Jack (Genieve) Vail, Don Vail, and Glen Vail, all of McCordsville; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by an infant sister, Anna Mae Vail. Funeral InformationFriends may call from 4-8 pm on Friday June 4, 2010 at Seals Funeral Home, Fortville. Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Saturday June 5, 2010 at the funeral home. Burial will follow at McCordsville Cemetery.
