Robert D. Bolander passed away Saturday, November 21, 2009 at Lawrence Manor Nursing Home. He was born to the late Boss and Audrey (True) Bolander on April 20, 1930 in Fortville. He was a carpenter and attended Fortville Church of the Nazarene. Mr. Bolander is survived by daughter Martha Hammersley of Tullahoma, TN; son Robert Allen (Joyce) Bolander of Fortville; granddaughter Becky McAlister of TN; grandson Jeremiah Bolander of McCordsville; granddaughter Capt. Jessica Bolander of CA; great-grandsons: Neyland and Matthew McAlister of TN; great-granddaughter Leah Bolander of CA; and brother Max (Virginia) Bolander of FL. He was preceded in death by brothers Dallas and Rex Bolander; and sister Elizabeth Crawford.

Funeral Information

Friends may call from 4 to 8 pm on Tuesday November 24, 2009 at Seals Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Fortville. A celebration of his life will be held on Thursday November 25, 2009 at 10 am at Gravel Lawn Cemetery Chapel, Fortville.
