Daisylee F. Summerlin

Daisylee F. Summerlin, 17, of Fortville, passed away Friday, January 1, 2010 at Riley Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born March 13, 1992 in Indianapolis to Samuel Scott and Donna (Willowski) Summerlin. She was a senior at Pendleton Heights High School and attended Fortville Church of the Nazarene. Daisylee was also active in Community Youth Group. She loved reading, cooking, writing poetry, music and spending time with her beloved dogs Duke, Jennalee and Sally. Daisylee is survived by her parents; brother Samuel W. Summerlin; grandparents Dr. Jack and Kathrine Summerlin; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her cherished dog Jewel.

Funeral Information

Friends may call on Friday, January 8, 2010 from 4 to 8 pm at Fortville Church of the Nazarene, 701 S. Maple St. A celebration of Daisylee’s life will begin at 2 pm on Saturday, January 9, 2010 at the church.
