Halford G. "Doug" Presser

Halford G. “Doug” Presser, 73, of Fortville, passed away December 22, 2011 at Riverview Hospital in Noblesville. He was born May 5, 1938 in Noblesville to the late Charlie and Monte Lena Presser. He retired as an inspector from Ford Motor Company after 37 years’ service. Doug was a member of the Fortville American Legion Post 391. He is survived by sons: Rick (Cindi) Presser of Fortville and Kevin Presser of Anderson; grandchildren: Gary (Layla) Barcus, Brooke Presser, Chad Presser and Chase Presser; great-grandchildren; Ethan and Ryan Barcus and Emma Presser; brother Donny (Carla) Presser of CA; numerous nieces and nephews. Doug was preceded in passing by brother: Bill Presser and sisters: Sisty Abel and Patty Burns.

Funeral Information

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 28, 2011 at 1:00 pm at Seals Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Fortville. Friends may call on from 11 am until the time of service. Burial will take place at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
