Michael R. Adkins, 40, of Fortville, passed away Thursday, August 7, 2008 at Wishard Health Services. He was born October 13, 1967 in Greenfield. Mike was the owner of ProTree for 10 years. He is survived by his parents: Rollo “Tony” Adkins and Patricia Street; brother Christopher (Christa) Adkins; maternal grandmother Myrtle Street; aunt Linda Hendrick and several cousins.
