Douglas M. Percy, 55, died on July 20, 2009 at Community Hospital East in Indianapolis. He was born on April 15, 1954 to Douglas Reginald and Lorraine Ann (Schmitt) Percy in Buffalo, NY. He married Jerra J. Faulkner on March 23, 1977 in Las Vegas, NV. Doug is survived by his wife; stepfather Robert Yorton Chapin; daughter Naomi Cathleen (husband Keith A.) Woo; daughter Jeanette Marie (husband Edward G.) Bridges; daughter Candice June (husband Joseph) Gonzales; daughter Kristen Lynn Percy; grandsons Ethan Xavier and Evan Tyler Woo; step-granddaughter Jocelyn Nometta Bridges; grandsons Nathaniel Michael and Jayden James Galardo; sister Marilyn Rose Strong; nieces Lisa Diane and Michelle Christina Strong; and sister Cheryl Ann Cording. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral Information

Friends may call on Friday, July 24 from 4 pm until 8 pm at Seals Funeral Home, Fortville. Cremation will follow.
