Ora L. Profitt

Ora Lee (Bowling) Profitt, 75, of Ingalls passed away May 17, 2009 in Greenfield. Mrs. Profitt was born November 25, 1933 in Clay County, KY to Seber and Iva Lee (Stidham) Bowling. Ora married Farish Profitt in Bowlingtown, KY in 1954. She was a homemaker and a member of the Ingalls Church of God. She is survived by sisters, Eva Patrick and Glenna (Buck McQuade) Knight of Indianapolis; brothers, Marshall (Urita) Bowling and Ray S. (Cindy) Bowling, both of Indianapolis; nephews: John Bowling and David W. Patrick, both of Indianapolis; Paul Anthony (Nancy Lowder) of Morristown; James Ray (Michelle) Conger of Indianapolis; Lee and Bryan M. Hayes, both of Ohio; Ray (Jeannie) Bowling of Noblesville; Brad Bowling, Ray Bowling, Jr., and Randy J. Bowling, all of Indianapolis; and Dennis Ray Bowling; nieces: Diana (Bob) Goodwin of Indianapolis; Cindy Michelle (Jesse) Johnson of Carthage; and Samantha (Richard) McClard of Indianapolis. Ora was preceded in death by her husband, parents; brother, Joseph Bowling; sister, Sylba Hayes; and nephew, Darren Bowling.
Funeral Information
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 20, 2009 at 12:00 pm at Seals Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Fortville. Friends may call from 11am until the time of service. Burial will follow at Gravel Lawn Cemetery, Fortville.
