Keegan L Clark

November 28, 1969 - January 23, 2017

Keegan L Clark

Keegan L Clark, 47, of Martinsville, passed away January 23, 2017.  He was born November 28, 1969 in Indianapolis.  Keegan was a 1988 graduate of Franklin Central High School where he was involved in the Drama Club and was Vice-President of his senior class. While in high school he attended Hoosier Boys State and earned the rank of Eagle Scout.  He attended both Vincennes University and the University of Indianapolis.  He worked as a Machinist for Ford / Visteon as well as other companies in the central Indiana area. Keegan was an avid reader and researcher who loved Indiana and US History. He diligently researched his Christian faith and was always looking for the next book to increase his knowledge. An unpublished author, he had devoted himself to writing during the last years of his life. He enjoyed following the Indianapolis Colts and was an Indianapolis Indians fan who attended many games each season. As an avid talk radio listener, he strongly believed in American exceptionalism. Keegan was a passionate Constitutional conservative and a member of the Tea Party. He stood as a candidate for the Franklin Township School Board and after moving to Martinsville ran for Morgan County office. Keegan will be remembered fondly for his good humor and the laughs that he shared with those closest to him. His love of family and friends will be missed by all. He always made himself available when there was a need. Need help moving? Does your project require another set of hands? Leaving on vacation and need a house sitter who can take care of your dog? Like his Lord, he was a servant to his family and friends. He is survived by mother Joyce Marie (Cannaday) Clark of Indianapolis; father Ronald Lee (Mary) Clark of Indianapolis; siblings Shane W (Sandra) Clark of Fishers; Cameron R Clark and Heather (Philip) Krebs both of Indianapolis; nephews and nieces:  Joshua, David Paul, Tristan, Colin, Rachel, Nicholas, Noah and Samantha; great-nephew Corbin; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
