B. Stephen Hittle

B. Stephen Hittle, 55, of Fortville, passed away Sunday, March 29, 2009. He was born May 25, 1953 in Indianapolis to the late James R. and Jean Francis (Gallagher) Hittle. Steve was a U.S. Navy veteran and had been employed as a warehouse manager at the Ft. Benjamin Harrison Finance and Accounting Center for 36 years. He is survived by daughters: Angela (Brad) Bolton of Greenfield, Stephene (Jeff) Longere of LaGrange, IL and Deborah Haymond of Shelbyville; brothers: Kevin (LeAnn) Hittle of Fountaintown and Tim (Andrea) Hittle of Greenfield; sisters: Kathy (Tim) Hedrick of Indianapolis, Jeanie Lonberger of Indianapolis, and Margie (Slugo) Franklin of Indianapolis; grandchildren: Brooklyn and Sarah Bolton, Shelbie, Jace and Blake Longere; and Jaydon and Jaaka Haymond; and friend, Marilyn Strange of Pendleton. Mr. Hittle was preceded in death by his brothers, Rick (Sandy) and Brian Hittle; and niece, Kimberly Hittle.

Funeral Information

Friends may call on Wednesday, April 1, 2009 from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm at Seals Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Fortville. Graveside funeral services will be held at 2 pm on Wednesday at Huntsville Cemetery, on the south side of CR 650S, Pendleton.
