Harvey E. Austin, Sr., 83, of Fortville, passed away on Saturday, November 17, 2018 in Indianapolis. He was born June 21, 1935 in Anderson, Indiana. He attended Fortville Church of the Nazarene and had been in the National Guard. Harvey retired from the former Brookside Corporation after 48 years’ service.

Harvey is survived by children: Harvey E. Austin, Jr., Patricia (Robert) Brown, Brenda (Kerry) Grounds, Carmen (Marlin) Fansler; 7 grandchildren; brother: Paul (Frances) Austin and sister Mary Coffman. He was preceded in death by his wife Jean Ann Austin and several brothers and sisters.
