My heart is aching for you, Mary Lou and Natalie and your entir family. John always had a smile and kind word for everyone and what a role model that is for each of us to use in our daily lives. I will keep you all in my prayers.

May I offer my sincere condolences at John's passing. As a young man he made quite an impression on me. He he was a Godly man who took the opportunity to provide summer jobs for me and several of my friends, many attending the Fortville Church of the Nazarene. I will always have fond memories of John's work ethic and kind demeanor.

Mary Lou, So very sorry for your loss. He’s travelled a long road but is now at peace. Your family is in my thoughts.
When Christopher Reeves (Superman), passed away, his wife said, “Don’t cry about what you’ve lost; be happy about what you had”.

My father in law was one of the most honest and trustworthy men I have ever known. He was the epitomy of a man of integrity. His concern and care of his wife and two daughters was second to no one! I am honored to have been able to work with him over the years as his assistant in construction. I am thankful that he allowed me to marry his youngest daughter Natalie. He will always hold a special significant place in my heart and life as a mentor of how to be a good, strong, and honest father and husband. I’m thankful most that I was able to be with him as he left this earth to meet his savior, Jesus!!! I love you John!
