Rose L. Anderson

May 24, 1924 - May 22, 2008

Rose L. Anderson, 83, of Fortville passed away Thursday May 22, 2008 at Regency Place Nursing Home in Greenfield. She was born on May 24, 1924 in Kansas. Rose was retired from the Western Electric Plant in Indianapolis. She enjoyed watching sports, and especially loved watching Tiger Woods play golf, and was an avid Indiana Pacers fan. Rose is survived by a son, John (wife Debbie) of Fortville; daughter-in-law Angie Godbey of Fortville; several brothers and sisters; grandchildren James K. (Amber) Anderson, Fred (Leslie) Turnell, Brian K. (Brandy) Anderson and Lori (Mark Spencer) Anderson; and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Donald "Red" Anderson; son, Donnie Anderson; grand-daughter-in-law, Stephanie Anderson; and great-grandson Konnor Anderson.

Funeral Information

Friends may call from 4 until 8pm on Friday May 23, 2008 at Seals Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Fortville. A celebration of Rose's life will be held on Saturday May 24, 2008 at 11:00am at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Gravel Lawn Cemetery, Fortville.
