Tammy K. (Shultz) Wadley

Tammy K. Wadley, 60, of Fortville, passed away at her home on August 21, 2018.  She was born January 7, 1958 in Anderson, IN to Lafe and Margie (Duzan) Shultz.

Tammy was a 1976 graduate of Mt. Vernon High School and graduated from Indiana University Dental Assistant School.  She was a dental assistant and office manager for Dr. John Ritter, DDS for over 25 years.  Tammy loved dog walking and hosting social events.

Tammy is survived by husband Berry “Gene” Wadley, whom she married April 20, 1991, daughter: Kristin (Derrick) Johnson of Greenfield; parents, sister-in-law: Jackie Shultz and Leisa Harmon; several cousins, nieces and nephews and her canine companion Otis.  She was preceded in death by son Mitchell Cash Wadley in 2017, as well as brothers Gee and Derrid Shultz.

A celebration of Tammy’s life will be held on Saturday, August 25, 2018 at 4:00 pm at Seals Funeral Home, Fortville.  Friends may call on Saturday at the funeral home from 12:00 noon until the time of service.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Indiana Donor Network 3760 Guion Road Indianapolis, IN 46222 or the Animal Protection League 613 Dewey Street Anderson, IN 46016.  Online condolences may be shared at www.sealsfuneralhome.com
