Wesley G. Rude

Wesley Gene Rude, 80, of Carmel, IN, formerly of Granite Falls, MN went to be with the Lord on June 25th, 2018. He was born November 2nd, 1937 to Knute William and Ovidia (Fargerlie) Rude, Wes graduated from the University of Minnesota with the class of 1959 and retired from the financial field in 1995. He had an entrepreneurial spirit and was a stock market guru.

Wes will be missed and loved by his son, Michael (Sharon Reisner-Rude) Rude, his two daughters, Alicia Meyer and Katy (Cody Galbraith) Galbraith, grandchildren: John Meyer, Coen Galbraith, Benjamin and Alexandra Rude; brother Ken (June) Rude. He was preceded in death by 2 brothers and two sisters.

A celebration of Wes’s life will take place at 1:00 pm on Friday, June 29, 2018 at Seals Funeral Home, Fortville.  Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 12:00 noon until the time of service.  Burial will take place at Gravel Lawn Cemetery, Fortville.  Online condolences may be shared at www.sealsfuneralhome.com
