Albert James “Big Al” Robinson, 72 of Ingalls passed away on Saturday August 23, 2025, at his residence.  Al was born on June 17, 1953, in Wyandotte, MI to the late John and Lucy Mary (Gill) Robinson.

Al was a retired certified welder and construction mechanic for General Steel, then worked as a custodian at Maple Ridge Elementary School.  In his spare time Al enjoyed tinkering in his pole barn, spending time with his grandchildren and playing softball.

Al is survived by his wife Cindy (Wise) Robinson, whom he married on June 22, 1979; children Gina (Jeff) Tyree of Franklin, Daniel (Stasha) Robinson of Knightstown, Aaron (Corrine) Robinson of Gulf Shores, AL and Shuane Robinson of Anderson; grandchildren Savannah, Autumn, Emma, Amerie, Cole, Maeven, Orion, Dakota, and Charli; Siblings Kathy Aynes, John Robinson, Rudy Robinson, and George (Donna) Robinson.

In addition to his parents, Al was preceded in death by his siblings Roy Robinson, Lucy White, Sharon Doyle, Diana Rethmeyer, and Mary Margaret Robinson. 

In keeping with Al’s wishes a simple cremation has taken place. A celebration of Al’s life will be held at a later date. Online condolences and memories may be shared at www.sealsfuneralhome.com .
