Beverly Jean (Turner) Snider

Beverly Jean Snider, 93, of Lake Suzy, FL, formerly of Yorktown, passed away Thursday, July 11, 2024, at her home in Florida. She was born October 6, 1930, in Anderson, IN to Clifford E. and Mary C. (Bangle) Turner.

Jean graduated from Anderson High School and attended Ball State University. She was a longtime member of the Fortville Christian Church and the Murdock Christian Church in Port Charlotte, FL. She also was a member of the Honorary Retired Psi Iota Xi Sorority. Jean worked as an office manager at Inskeep Automart for 9 years as well as other automotive agencies. She retired in 1988.

Jean is survived by daughter Deborah S. (Darel Selvey) Bolander of Yorktown, grandson Michael (Tonya) Bolander; great-grandsons: Andrew Bolander and Adam Curtis, siblings: Mary L. Dickerson, Laura A. (Ron) Morgan, Esther C. Arnold and Leonard J. (Karen) Turner as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Aubrey Gale Snider in 2001, her parents, sisters Donna Falls and Rosalie Watson.

A funeral to celebrate Jean’s life will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, July 19, 2024, at Seals Funeral Home, Fortville. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 11:00 am until the time of service. Burial will take place at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery, Anderson, IN.
