Bobby L. Baker, 89, of McCordsville, passed away February 28, 2021 in Indianapolis.  He was born June 16, 1931 in Indianapolis to Levi J. and Elizabeth A. (Tarbet) Baker.

Bob graduated from the old Eden High School.  Bob served his country in the United States Air Force.  He was an over the road truck driver for the former Ecoff Trucking Company and its successor firm LTC (Liquid Transport Corporation). 

Bob is survived by daughter Heidi (Bill Bruner) Baker and nieces, nephews and friends.  He was preceded in death by his wife and love of his life Erline Baker on February 4, 2021 as well as his parents and sister Mary A. Shockley.

Funeral services for Bob will be held on Saturday, March 6, 2021 at 11:00 am at Seals Funeral Home, Fortville.  Friends may call on Saturday from 10:00 am until the time of service. The family has requested that everyone please dress casually for Bob’s service. Burial will follow at Gravel Lawn Cemetery, Fortville with military rites by the Indianapolis Metropolitan Military Honor Guard.  Memorial contributions may be made to Humane Society of Hancock County 214 E Main St, Greenfield, IN 46140
