Chris A. Williams, 56, of McCordsville passed away Monday May 3, 2021 at home surrounded by his family. He was born July 14, 1964 in Indianapolis, IN to Clarence and Lourada May (Sample) Williams. Chris was a 1982 graduate of Mt. Vernon High School. Chris loved taking road trips with friends on his Harley-Davidson motorcycle. He loved his 1964 Oldsmobile Dynamic 88. Chris enjoyed attending auctions, Karaoke and wheeling and dealing. He loved maintaining his yard, feeding the birds and playing with grandchildren Jaxtyn and Kaedyn. Also, he loved spending time with his companion German Shepard, Arya and singing karaoke.
Chris was a crew supervisor for Grady Brothers Paving. He retired from the Laborer’s Local #120 and joined the International Union of Operating Engineers Local #103.
Chris is survived by his wife Debbie (Arnold) Williams, daughter Brittany (companion Adam Viles) Williams; grandchildren: Jaxtyn and Kaedyn Viles; father Clarence (companion Roberta Porter) Williams; brother Larry Williams, sisters Cindy (Keith) Lowder, Daisy Leach and Regina Ransford Lancaster as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in passing by his mother Lourada Williams, brothers David and Danny Williams, nephews Scott Lagle and Arlie Sexton.
A celebration of Chris’ life will take place on Saturday May 8, 2021 at 1:00pm at Seals Funeral Home, Fortville. Friends may call on Saturday May 8, 2021 from 11:00am until the time of service. Burial will take place at Kinnaman Cemetery, Fishers, IN. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society 5635 W. 96th Street Suite 100 Indianapolis, IN 46278.
