Darrel R. Van Osdol

Darrel R. Van Osdol, Jr., 79, of Indianapolis, passed away Friday February 5, 2021. He was born April 12, 1941. Darrel was raised by his grandparents Pearl and Albert Van Osdol.  He was a graduate of Broad Ripple High School and was retired from the GM Truck and Bus Plant with over 40 years of service.

Darrel is survived by  daughters, Julie A. Mullins and Darrelene (Mark) Roell, both of Indianapolis; grandchildren, Victoria (Chris)Arnett and Isabelle(Taggert) Rusk; and great grandchildren Benjamin and Evelyn Arnett. In addition to his grandparents, he was preceded in death by his wife Judy A. Van Osdol, whom he married on June 9, 1962 and a sister, LaVonne Brothers.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday February 13, 2021 at 12:00 pm at Seals Funeral Home, Fortville.  Friends may call from 11:00 a.m. Saturday until the time of the service.  Burial will take place at Memorial Park Cemetery in Indianapolis.  Online condolences may be shared at www.sealsfuneralhome.com.
