Harold J. Brown

Harold J. Brown, 76, of Fortville, passed away Thursday, July 23, 2020 at Community Hospital North in Indianapolis.  He was born November 11, 1943 in Athens, Alabama to Charlie and Estell (Bowden) Brown.  Harold retired as a group leader from Carrier-United Technologies after 39 years’ service.  He enjoyed camping, painting and attended Fishers Church of Christ.

Harold is survived by children: Lisa (Keith) Weddle of Greenfield, Jeff (Lori) Brown of Fortville and Kim (Scott) Bulger of Shelbyville; 4 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren and former spouse Glenda Brown as well as numerous nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Troy, Roy, Buddy and James.

Friends may call on Tuesday, July 28, 2020 from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Seals Funeral Home, Fortville. A graveside committal service will immediately follow the visitation at Memorial Park Cemetery in Indianapolis.  If you plan to attend, please maintain social distancing and per the Governor’s Executive Order, masks will be required.  Online condolences may be shared at www.sealsfuneralhome.com.
