Jimmie Lee Hayse

Jimmie Hayse, 72, of Fortville, passed away on Sunday, January 24, 2021 in Greenfield. He was born February 11, 1948 in Anderson, Indiana.  Jimmie was of the Protestant faith and had worked at Shares, Inc. in Greenfield and the Noble Center in Indianapolis.

Jimmie had recently resided at Greenfield Health Care Center. He loved it there and all of the staff. They loved him as well and were wonderful to him.

 Jimmie is survived by step-father: Byron Newhouse, sister-in-law Shelley Hayse; nephews: Reggie (Sandy) Hayse; Jason (Andrea) Hayse and Bradley (Kristen) Hayse; great nieces and nephpews: Morgan (Andrew) Boyle, Maddie Hayse, Max Hayse, Bailee Hayse, Brooke Hayse, Autumn Shilling, Stephen Shilling, Joey Hayse, Franky Hayse, Vinny Hayse and Pauly Hayse.  He was preceded in death by his father and step-mother James and Rosemary Hayse; mother: Thelma Newhouse; brother Russell Hayse and sister Kelly Hayse.

 A funeral to celebrate Jimmie’s life will be held on Friday, January 29, 2021 at 2:00 pm at Seals Funeral Home, Fortville.  Friends may call on Friday from 12:00 pm until the time of service at the funeral home.  Burial will follow the service at Gravel Lawn Cemetery, Fortville.
