Joseph Hudson Denger Obituary

Joseph Hudson Denger, 63 of Greenfield, formerly of Fortville, passed away on October 29, 2024, surrounded by family.  He was born on February 15, 1961, in Greenfield to the late Donald and Peggy (Hudson) Denger. 

Joe was a self-employed concrete worker for Denger Concrete.  He enjoyed playing his bass guitar with his brother Ned and Rex Daniels in their local band, The Mistreaters, at Snappers Lounge in Greenfield.  He also had a CB Radio group that he enjoyed talking with.

Joe is survived by his siblings Diane Bennett and Ned Denger, as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sister Betsy Pittman and brother Robert Denger. 

A funeral service for Joe will be held on Wednesday November 6, 2024, at 2:00pm at Seals Funeral Home, 122 W. Staat St., Fortville. Friends may call from 11:00am-2:00pm, prior to the service.  Burial will follow the funeral at Gravel Lawn Cemetery, Fortville.  Online condolences may be shared with the family at www.sealsfuneralhome.com  .
