Joyce Alice (Igielski) Sewell

Joyce Alice (Igielski) Sewell, 80 of Noblesville, passed away on Thursday November 20, 2025, in Greenfield.  She was born on February 19, 1945, in Philadelphia, PA to the late Raymond and Alice (Powell) Igielski.  

Joyce was a retired banking coordinator and was of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed walking and hiking, especially the trails of Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg area, and spending time with her family. 

Joyce is survived by her son Kenneth (Cherie) Pologruto, daughter Jennifer (Jason) Garcia-Ewers, and grandchildren Kaitlyn and Brooke Garcia; siblings Diane Berry, Janice Igielski, and Raymond (Linda) Igielski.  She was preceded in death by her parents.

A funeral to celebrate Joyce’s life will be held from 11am to 1pm on Saturday December 6, 2025, at Seals Funeral Home, 122 W. Staat St., Fortville, IN. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from 11:00 am, until the time of the service. Burial will take place at Gravel Lawn Cemetery, Fortville.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, in memory of Joyce.
