Karen Sue Wyatt, 76, of Greenfield, passed away Sunday, October 18, 2020 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born August 3, 1944 in Lebanon, IN to the late Charles Lester & Beulah Maxine (Archer) Stultz.
Karen graduated from Whitestown High School. She married Paul Wyatt on March 13, 2000. Karen was a member of Bethel Baptist Church, and Sigma Beta Sorority RHO Chapter and a Euchre club. Karen retired from Roll Coater- Arvin Industries Marketing department in 1999. She enjoyed reading, TV and her flowers but most of all she loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Left to cherish Karen’s memory are her husband Paul Wyatt; sons: Brett (Jean) & Matt Caldwell; step-children: Matthew Wyatt & Wendy Wyatt-Wildey; 5 grandchildren: Brittany Barnechea, Shelby, Sarah, Beth and Erin Caldwell and 4 step-grandchildren: Alex and Trevor Wildey, Brooke and Lauren Wyatt; brother: Charles Ray (Sherry) Stultz; sister-in-law Barb (Ancil) Paugh and brother-in-law Ron (Marty) Wyatt; niece Brenda Graham and nephews Brian and Jeff Stultz and Dustin and Darren Caldwell and several cousins.
Karen is preceded in death by her first husband and high school sweetheart, Bob Caldwell, second husband, Tom Shoppell, parents listed above and sister Mary Alice Graham
A service to celebrate Karen’s life will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, October 22, 2020 at Seals Funeral Home in Fortville. Friends may call on the day of the service, October 22, 2020 at the funeral home from 11:00 am until the time of service. Burial will follow the service at Gravel Lawn Cemetery, Fortville. As a reminder, due to the governor’s order masks are required in public indoor spaces and please practice social distancing.
