Kolton Zainey-Ragonesi

Kolton Joel Ragonesi was born on December 8, 2024, to Christian and Victoria Ragonesi, joining sibling Evelyn Ragonesi. He left this earth while embraced by both parents and close family on June 13, 2026. Prior to his unexpected passing, Kolton was blessed with another baby sister, Scarlett Ragonesi. 

Despite his short time on earth, Kolton was a shining star, with the best smile and a heart of gold. He brought immense joy to every person around him and touched so many lives. During his stay at Riley Hospital, Kolton gained a large fan basis, making him nearly famous and met some of the most amazing doctors and nurses. Often times, he was given the title as “Riley’s Baby” and beat so many odds, as well as being one of the longest Riley patients in ICU history. He was the third baby to ever go home with extreme ventilator support. 

Our family is forever changed and forever grateful to have spent this brief, but incredibly meaningful, time with Kolton. He is survived by his loving family, his parents, Victoria and CJ, his sisters Evelyn and Scarlett, and many loving grandparents, great grandparents, aunts, uncles, other family members and close friends. 

Services will be on Saturday, June 20, 2026, at 1:00 P.M. at Seals Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 122 W. Staat Street, Fortville, with visitation from 11:00 A.M.-1:00 P.M.. Burial will follow in Gravel Lawn Cemetery.
