Linda L. (Laymon) Bolin

Linda L. Bolin, 72, of McCordsville, IN, passed away on October 1, 2022. She was born on January 18, 1950, in Linton, IN, to Dencil and Elizabeth (Willis) Laymon. She was a 1968 graduate of Noblesville High School. She married Jerry Bolin July 28. 1968.

Linda was part owner of Laymon Trucking and she worked as a dispatcher. She also worked as a waitress at Our Place Restaurant in McCordsville.

Linda was Mom #2 to Nancy (Tony) Owens, Matt Lilly, and Jimmy (Karla) Lilly; godmom to David (Katey) Owens and Amelia (Mark) Baker; and Mamaw B to Justin, Samantha, and Dakota (Jordyn) Lilly. She has several great-grandchildren as well. She is also survived by nephew Rex (Melissa) Laymon and niece Angie Laymon; her brother Lloyd (Shirley) Laymon; as well as several great nieces and a great nephew, numerous very close friends and her extended porch family. Linda is preceded in death by her husband Jerry Bolin, her parents listed above, her brother Larry Laymon; nephew Michael Larry Laymon; and great-niece Bailey Meyer.
