Lovina Louise Kunkle, 90, of Fortville, passed away Sunday, May 2, 2021 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born January 15, 1931 in Benton County, Indiana to Ethmer and Blanche (Traviolia) Kiger. Louise was a graduate of Covington High School in Covington, Indiana and was a homemaker. She was of the Protestant faith and attended Fishers United Methodist Church.
Louise is survived by children: Casey (Jim) Ottinger of Noblesville, Jonathon Kunkle of Cloverdale, Farol Kunkle of Fortville, Joseph (Tonya) Kunkle of Florida, Michael (Diana) Kunkle of Silex, MO, LuAnn (Ruston) Gray of Kokomo and Stephanie Wood of Noblesville; 19 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson. She was preceded in death by her husband Harold D. Kunkle in 1997, her parents, brothers Duane Kiger and Paul Kiger and sister Linda L. McGhee.
A funeral to celebrate Louise’s life will be held on Friday, May 7, 2021 at 2:00 pm at Seals Funeral Home, Fortville. Friends may call on Friday from 12:00 pm until the time of service at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Gravel Lawn Cemetery, Fortville.
