Marjorie Susan (Bristol) Hoffman, age 77, of Ingalls, IN, went home to be with her Lord, Savior, and Friend Jesus Christ on July 25, 2023, at St, Vincent's Hospital in Indianapolis.
Marjie was born in Mankato, MN, on June 13, 1946, to the late Lawrence and Anita (Jenkins) Bristol. She leaves behind three daughters: Kristie (Darren) Periman, Tara (Dave) Sims, and Nicole (Nathan) Roark; six grandchildren R.J. Periman, Ressa Periman, Joe (Mackenzie) Sims, Courtney (Brendan Riley) Sims, Matthew Roark, and Caleb Roark; three brothers James (Linda) Bristol, David (Susan) Bristol, and Timothy Bristol; and many nieces and nephews.
Marjie was best known for her love of children. Her grandchildren were the joy of her life. she also loved and mentored innumerable other children in her life. She worked in childcare and education at multiple locations, most recently for Bright Horizons at East Street Station where she was loved by and dearly loved her children and coworkers.
Visitation will be Saturday, July 29, 2023, from 10:00 - 1:00 at Fortville Christian Church, 9450 N. 200 W., Fortville, IN 46040 with a life celebration to follow.
