Mary Katherine Beaver

Mary Katherine Beaver, 69, of Greenfield, passed away on April 1, 2026. She was born on November 27, 1956, in Beech Grove, Indiana, the daughter of Robert and Mary Lou (Glassburn) Musgrave. On January 1,1975 she married Randall Beaver. 

Mary dedicated her career to serving others as a director of development for several nonprofit organizations, including the Muscular Dystrophy Association, Habitat for Humanity, and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Her work reflected her deep compassion and commitment to improving lives.

A woman of strong faith, Mary was a member of Curry’s Chapel Church in Greenfield and formerly worshiped at Ford Street United Methodist Church in Lapel. She found joy in crafting and genealogy, but above all, she cherished time spent with her family, at home or enjoying traveling adventures.

Mary is survived by her loving husband, Randall Beaver; her children, Rhonda McBride (Keller) of Waterloo, IA and Christopher Beaver (Ashley) of Greenfield, IN; and her grandchildren, Kevin, Samantha, Kathrine, David, and Grace; her siblings, Robert Musgrave II, Linda Hicks, Joe Musgrave, Patrick Musgrave and Elizabeth Musgrave-Mathias.

She was preceded in death by her parents and by her brother, Christopher Adam Musgrave, who passed away in infancy.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 4, 2026, at 12:00 P.M. at Curry’s Chapel Church, 3488 N. 375 E., Greenfield, IN 46140. Visitation will take place at the church from 9:30 A.M. to 12:00 P.M.  Burial will follow at Gravel Lawn Cemetery. Guests are asked to wear bright colors.
