Mona J. Sigler, 98, of Ingalls, passed away on September 13, 2026. She was born April 22, 1928, in Pendleton to Raymond and Violet (Beagle) Shaul.
Mona was a 1946 graduate of Pendleton High School and later retired from Greenfield Banking Company, where she was known for her kindness, reliability, and steady presence. She was a member of Cyntheanne Christian Church, where her faith shaped the way she lived and cared for others.
She loved her animals — dogs, cats, and birds alike — and found joy in being outdoors. Whether tending to her pets or simply enjoying the fresh air, she embraced the quiet beauty of nature throughout her life.
Mona is survived by her children, Kristi Robling and Mike Sigler (Janie); her grandchildren, Scott Sigler (Sherry), Brad Robling (Kristen), and Mischa Payne (Jeff); and several great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother, Raymond Shaul, her granddaughter, Lori Sigler, and her son-in-law, Jim Robling.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 1, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. at Mendon Cemetery with Pastor Brent Emerick officiating.
