Nancy A. (Whetsel) Hawk

Nancy A. Hawk, 77, of Fortville, passed away Saturday, May 18, 2024, in Noblesville. She was born December 12, 1946, in Lima, Ohio to Harry and Lois (Porter) Whetsel. Nancy was a homemaker who enjoyed gardening, Longaberger baskets and Caribbean cruises, but most importantly she was a great mother who enjoyed spending time with family. She babysat and her granddaughters called her their Beeshies. She attended Trinity United Methodist Church in Lapel.

Nancy is survived by husband Thomas M. Hawk, whom she married October 22, 1966, son Michael Winfield Hawk of Fairmount, IN, grandchildren: Casi Lea (Nicholas David) Rocuant and Rebecca Jean Hawk, great grandchildren: Alex Thomas Rocuant, Amara Marie Hawk, Maselea Ray Hawk and Bryson Gabriel Herald, sisters: Fay (Lloyd) Shoemaker, Debra (Fred) Kizer, Rhonda (John) Kammeyer and Theresa (John) Dunlap as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and grandson Gabriel Michael Hawk.
