Nicholas Anthony Stone

Nicholas Anthony Stone, 30, of Whiteland, IN passed away Thursday, September 7, 2023. He was born March 18, 1993, in Beech Grove, IN. Nicholas was a graduate of Whiteland High School and worked at ARLO Steel as a laser plate team lead.

Nicholas loved fishing, the outdoors, working on trucks and video games.

Nicholas is survived by his son Nicholas Anthony Stone II, mother Nicole (Daniel) Shetterley, father Russell Stone II, siblings: Veronica (Cain) Lewis, Russell Stone III, Conner Shetterley and Olivia (Josh) Myers, grandparents Russell Stone, Sr., John & Deborah Williams, uncle Wayne (Stacie) Stone, aunts Jennifer Wilson and Tara (RJ) Stoute, step-mother Linsey Stone as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandmother RaChelle “Sherry” Stone.

Friends may call from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Friday, September 15, 2023, at the Fortville Church of the Nazarene 701 S. Maple Street Fortville, IN 46040. A funeral to celebrate Nicholas’ life will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, September 16, 2023, at the Fortville Church of the Nazarene where friends may call from 10:00 am until the service time.
