Norma Stewart, 88, formally of McCordsville passed away Thursday, December 17, 2020 at IU West Hospital. She was born November 5, 1932 in Bedford, Indiana to the late Roy and Della (Bunch) Cummings.
Norma had worked for the Mt. Vernon Community School Corporation from 1979 to 1984 in the cafeteria at Mt. Vernon Middle School. She enjoyed gardening and canning vegetables.
Norma is survived by her son Fred (Christina) Stewart of Lebanon, granddaughters Danielle Stewart, Kaitlin Studer and Kirsten Miller; brothers: John Cummings, Fred Cummings and Allen Cummings as well as sister Elizabeth Maybe. She was preceded in death by her husband Joe Fred, parents and sisters Maxine, Sally and Mary Jo.
