Rhonda L. (Davis) Morton

Rhonda L. (Davis) Morton passed away January 4, 2023, at her residence surrounded by her family.  She was born August 4, 1951, in Anderson to Wilfred E. and Nellie B. (Jones) Davis.

Rhonda was a homemaker who enjoyed being a clown for the Anderson Clown club for several years and played the Easter Bunny for the Town of Fortville Easter egg hunt.  In her spare time, she liked fishing, painting and woodworking. 

Rhonda is survived by her daughter Starr (David Keeley) Jones of Anderson; granddaughters Sasha (Demario Hathorne) Deckard of Portage, Dasha (Kyle Lamb) Jones of Anderson and Haley Smith; great-grandchildren Josue, Lyanna and Milo; siblings Eddie (Donna) Davis of Greenfield, Kevin (Mike Moore) Davis of Kentucky, and Kent (Tonya) Davis of Fortville.

She was preceded in death by her husband Randy Morton, her parents, and sister Debbie Wise.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday January 10, 2023, at Seals Funeral Home, 122 W. Staat St., Fortville, at 1:00 pm with Chaplain Rob Mifflin officiating. Friends may call on Tuesday from 11:00 am until the start of the service. Burial will follow at Menden Cemetery in Pendleton. Online condolences may be shared at www.sealsfuneralhome.com .
