Sandra A. (Manis) Miller

Sandra A. Miller, 83, of Fortville, passed away Saturday, July 22, 2023, in Greenfield. She was born January 12, 1940, in Fortville to Harley C. and Dorothy (Watson) Manis. Sandy attended the old Fortville High School and later graduated from House of James Beauty College. She also was an instructor at the beauty college for 13 years. Sandy was a self-employed beautician who owned Lords and Ladies Hair Studio for 30 years.  She was also a stylist at Seals Funeral Home and Erlewein Mortuary.

Sandy was an active member of Cyntheanne Christian Church and a member of the Charity Circle.

Sandy is survived by grandson Dustin Butler, nieces Kathy (Jeff) Pizzano of Fortville and Lisa Manis of Indianapolis and nephew Kevin Manis of Indianapolis. She was preceded in death by husband Max Miller, son David Richard Boyle, her parents and brother Larry K. Manis.

A funeral to celebrate Sandy’s life will be held at 12:00 pm on Friday, July 28, 2023, at Cyntheanne Christian Church 13151 Cyntheanne Road Fishers, IN 46037. Friends may call at the church on Friday from 10:00 am until the time of service. Burial will follow at Gravel Lawn Cemetery, Fortville.
