Shirley N. "Jody" (Lambdin) Butcher

Shirley N. “Jody” Butcher, 71, of Fortville, passed away Sunday, October 6, 2019 in Greenfield.  She was born August 11, 1948 in Black Mountain, KY to Fred and Geneva (Daughergey) Lambdin.  Jody enjoyed gardening, quilting, spending time with family, dancing and listening to music.  She retired from PaperArts after 13 years and ran “Your Cleaning Ladies” cleaning service

Shirley is survived by daughter Tammie Butcher of Fortville; companion of over 53 years Jay Butcher: granddaughter: Lemanda Forblis of Indianapolis; sisters: Drew Peace, Deanna Allen, Geno Cash, Charlene Lambdin, Jolene Rose and Katie Lambdin; brothers: Ronnie Lambdin and Mike Lambdin; brothers-in-law Clifford and Hubert “Bo” Butcher.  She was preceded in death by son Rickey Hickey in 2018; parents; siblings: Fred Lambdin, Bonnie Wilson, Jim Lambdin and Fuzzy Lambdin.
