Steven J Crawford

Steven J. Crawford, 67, of Indianapolis, passed away Sunday, April 18, 2021 Franciscan Hospital in Indianapolis.  He was born November 17, 1953 in Louisville, KY to the late Charles “Al” and Anna  “Bernie” (Hardin) Crawford. 

Steven worked for the family company, Structure Contractors, which specialized in bridge building. He enjoyed going to the beach, fishing, building things, grass mowing and working with his hands.  He also enjoyed watching NASCAR and the Indianapolis Colts.

Steven is survived by his wife Pamela (Phalen) Crawford whom he married August 9, 1975; sons, Jason (Brenda) Crawford and Justin (Kristin) Crawford; grandchildren Lilli and Quinn Crawford; brothers Charlie (Jessica) Crawford and Dennis (Mary Beth) Crawford; sisters Karen (Skip) Tucker and Theresa (Rick) Mendez; and several nieces and nephews, and of course, Teddy.

Memorial donations in honor of Steven may be made to the Hamilton County Firefighter’s Foundation, 399 S. 14th St., Noblesville, IN 46060.
