Tobias Wayne Williams, precious infant son of Deven Williams and Clarissa Culvahouse, passed away December 31, 2025, at Community Hospital North in Indianapolis.
He is survived by his parents Deven Williams and Clarissa Culvahouse and a host of extended family.
A graveside service for Tobias will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday, January 12, 2026, at Kinnaman Cemetery in Fishers, Indiana.
