Twyla Elsbury Obituary

Twyla P. Elsbury, 81, of Fortville, passed away Friday, May 1, 2020 at her home. She was born August 7, 1938 in Anderson to Harold and Nila (Fouse) Gold. Twyla retired from Electra Corporation after 30 years’ service. She was a member of the Fortville Christian Church and WOW-Women on Wheels.

Twyla is survived by son Tim (Lisa) Elsbury; grandson Nik Elsbury; sister Linda Collins; brother Lee (Jan) Gold. She was preceded in death by her husband Clarence “Jr.” Elsbury and her parents.

Due to the Governor’s Executive Order private family services will be held at Seals Funeral Home, Fortville. Twyla will be laid to rest at Glen Cove Cemetery in Knightstown, IN at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Hancock County Humane Society 214 E. Main Street Greenfield, IN 46140. Online condolences may be shared at www.sealsfuneralhome.com.
