Winnie Elizabeth Piper, 89, of Ingalls, passed away peacefully at her home on September 3, 2024. She was born on June 17, 1935, in Savannah, Tennessee to Moses and Mary (Green) Turner.
Winnie was a homemaker, dedicated to raising her children. She worked for a short time at RCA. Winnie loved tending to her yard and planting flowers.
Winnie is survived by her children Elane Bivens, David (April) Piper, Linda Baldwin, and Cathy Russell as well as several grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband William Piper; her parents; and her children Michael, Betty-Anne, and Debbie Piper.
At Winnie’s request a cremation service will take place and there are no public services scheduled at this time.
